Only 1 in 5 kids who receive free or reduced-price lunch during the year continue to receive meals over the summer. Join CKNU as a Feeding Our Future Volunteer to help fill that gap by prepping bagged lunches and making sandwiches to be served to over 700 food insecure youth in Evanston and Chicago. Develop leadership and kitchen skills, have a positive impact on the community, and track service hours to meet school or other requirements. No experience necessary!

Feeding Our Future sandwich making shifts occur every Monday 12 PM - 2 PM and every Wednesday and Friday 10 AM - 12 PM.
