We are recruiting a Donor & Partner Relations Specialist to help with cultivating and managing funding efforts so that our organization can successfully fulfill its mission.

Destiny Institute International operates charity programs in Uganda and in the United States we are currently building a Women’s Empowerment program to help women achieve their personal and career development goals. We are also promoting gender and racial diversity in the workplace. Our goal is to help underprivileged women succeed and overcome barriers to economic and personal independence.

For our Women’s program, we need partners and sponsors who are willing to offer discounted services, or provide monetary or in-kind gifts. We also need mid-level to large donors who are passionate to support women or developing communities. The Relations Specialist is critical for organizing and maintaining key elements of donor services.

This position will work closely with the Fundraising Manager to implement various donor outreach and funding campaigns. The selected individual will also help search and secure partners to offer discounted services.
