Tutoring Lab Volunteer Opportunity
DSACO is excited to offer FREE tutoring to children (age 3+) and teens with Down syndrome. Subjects being offered include reading, math, spelling/handwriting and keyboarding.
DSACO has hired a Special Education teacher to prepare a lesson plan but the tutor will need several volunteers to serve as tutoring aids. Tutoring aids are not required to have a background in teaching, but rather a willing attitude and fun countenance.
*EMAIL programcoordinator@dsaco.org to volunteer or visit https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0544adaa2fa4fd0-tutoring1 *
