Born 2 Be is a therapeutic horsemanship center located in Sanger. Our therapy horses serve children and adults with disabilities. We are looking for knowledgeable horse experienced volunteer(s) to feed, clean stalls and tend to the needs of our 6 therapy horses.. We will train volunteer(s) in the specific duties that need to be done. Please contact us if you might be interested.

Born 2 Be Therapeutic Equestrian Center is dedicated to providing the opportunity for individuals with disabilities to become all they were Born 2 Be through a partnership with the horse.

Description

Born 2 Be TEC is a PATH Premier Accredited Center that provides safe and affordable therapeutic horseback riding and carriage driving programs for children and adults with disabilities. We are located in Sanger, Texas, north of the DFW Metroplex. Our instructors are all PATH certified in riding, carriage driving or both.

Programs are offered for children and adults with disabilities that include but are not limited to Autism, Paraplegia, Cerebral palsy, Multiple Scierosis, Intellectual Disability, Traumatic Brain Injury, Attention Deficit Disorder, Developmental Disability, Hearing and Visual Impairment. We provide services for people in Denton County, Dallas County, Tarrant County and Cooke County.
