Position Summary: Work with cross functional team in virtual environment to evolve organization processes to make it inclusive and create opportunities for professional growth of volunteers.

Qualification Required :

▪ Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills

▪ Global & Cultural Awareness

▪ Preferred experience in implementing accessibility and inclusion best practices and processes in a virtual team

▪ Experience leading professional development trainings

▪ Strong research skills

▪ Knowledge of Universal Designing

▪ Familiarity or Understanding of assistive technology like NVDA, Jaws, Dragon etc. ( preferred)

Essential Responsibilities :

· Identify training programs goals and learning objectives for organization , departments and individuals to meet the training and development needs of ARISE Impact

• Work with different departments within the organization to identify appropriate trainings required
• Identify, analyze and recommend changes to achieve organizational goal to make processes including communication and documentation universally accessible

· Design virtual e-learning courses, workshops and other professional development trainings as per training needs

• Develop & present professional development trainings for volunteers
• Create an inclusive environment in the Organization by advocating and training team members on etiquettes of working with individuals with disabilities
• Implement and deliver the training programs

· Evaluate the programs delivered and review the feedbacks to measure the outcome

Other Requirements :

▪ Accessibility to Computer/Laptop, Good network internet connection and familiarity with social media platforms in specific WhatsApp and Skype

▪ Must be an excellent communicator with ability to work in a virtual setting

▪ Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

▪ Must have passion for building and growing relationships

▪ High professional standards, including integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
