Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center is seeking gift shop volunteers who are customer service advocates and those with retail experience. Our volunteers provide an opportunity for staff, members and visitors to enjoy retail therapy and find unique items at reasonable prices. All proceeds from our gift shop are used to provide additional resources for other units in the hospital.
We offer two shifts. The day shift is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The afternoon shift is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Gift shop volunteers receive a free lunch or dinner up to $7.00, plus a 30 percent discount on gift shop merchandise, except on flowers, candy or stamps.
