Beach season is right around the corner, and you know what that means... It's time to shed those love handles and get in great shape!
As a certified personal trainer, every summer, I lead weekly outdoor fitness classes. From yoga and flexibility to HIIT (high intensity interval training) and weight training, I have classes for everyone: male, female, young, and old!
The goal this summer is to combine my passion of health/fitness with philanthropy!
Starting on June 23rd and going through July 21, we plan to offer a FREE weekly fitness boot camp in Reston, VA. In lieu of payment for the class, we are asking for donations of school supplies which will go to support local children of low-income families when they start school in September.
Here are some things that local schools are requesting:
-Pencil box
-Crayons
-Colored pencils
-Washable markers
-No. 2 pencils
-Pencil sharpener
-Erasers
-Glue sticks
-Blunt-tipped scissors
-Plastic folders
-Assorted construction paper
-Wide-ruled notebook or pad
-Tissues
-Backpack
-Lunchbox or bag
SCHEDULE:
We will have class every Saturday from 6:30PM-7:30PM from 06/23-07/21 in Reston Town Center (please meet outside of Crunch Fitness: 11951 Freedom Dr, Reston, VA 20190)

Barbera Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote positive change by inspiring others to engage in the community and help those less fortunate.
I n order to accomplish this mission, Barbera Foundation organizes a wide variety of events that unite people from all walks of life. From delivering care packages of food and supplies to the homeless and preparing Thanksgiving dinner for those less fortunate during the holiday season, to supporting underprivileged kids with books and school supplies, Barbera Foundation strives to improve the lives of those in need to make the community as a whole, a better place for everyone.
The success of the Barbera Foundation relies 100% on volunteer and donor contributions. As a result, we need YOUR help!
