Noah's Ark of Central Florida is looking for a Sign Language Instructor. Our residents at Noah's Landing love to learn new things.
We have a residents that is fluent in Sign Language but we would like to expand our outreach and have a permanent activity leader for this activity.
Our residents can start with the basics and work their way up to more advanced conversations.
This activity is scheduled for every other Tuesday Night from 8:00p- 9:00p but Noah's Ark is flexible on the times. Please let the Activity and Volunteer Director know if you are interested but need a different time slot on our calendar.
Requirements for being an Activity Leader:
- Become an Approved Volunteer with Noah's Ark
- Work well with others
- Have a teachable spirit
Noah's Ark is an independent living community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
