Honk! Fest Eugene is a free music festival of marching bands. It happens in the streets, on Friday June 8th in downtown Eugene, and Saturday June 9th in the Whiteaker neighborhood.
We need folks to help tear-down the event. Collapsing tents, folding sandwich boards and tables, getting random items together, loading stuff into cars, and more. Very easy work. There'll be Honk organizers telling you what needs to be done.
As a volunteer, you get access to the greenroom, meaning free food and drink!

HONK! Fest Eugene features a wide variety of local and touring bands, treating festival-goers to the sounds of Klezmer, Balkan and Romani music, Brazilian samba, Afro-beat, hip hop, and New Orleans Second Line. At full power, these bands create an irresistible spectacle of creative movement and sonic self-expression directed at making the world a better place through individual and collective transcendence.
