Child Proof Advice seeks volunteer Accountant and QuickBooks expert to maintain monthly financial transactions and produce financial reports for semi-annual Board meetings. Non-profit experience preferred with tax experience filing corporate documents on a quarterly basis.
Transactions average about 20/month and are recorded from invoices and receipts onto Excel spreadsheets and in QuickBooks.
Monthly or semi-monthly visits of one to two hours at corporate office in southeast Charlotte required during business hours. Ongoing, long term commitment preferred. References and background check required.
We are a small non-profit with most volunteers working virtually. We do have fun and get together quarterly to know one another. This position is not anticipated to become permanent for the next year.
