Sholom West Campus needs volunteer pastors to provide Christian services and spiritual guidance to our community.
Christian Pastor to volunteer to conduct services once a week at Sholom. Someone who is retired --- very spirit filled --- does vibrant & visual messages (like children's sermons with lots of props etc.)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Support the spiritual needs of our communities residents
* Develop and present a vibrant & visual weekly Christian service
* Provide a weekly program outline as needed for print
* Offer spiritual guidance on a 1:1 basis as needed
* Be available to help with transporting residents to and from services as needed
ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTIONS:
* Answers questions related to Faith
* Protects confidentiality
* Maintains regular and timely attendance
* Demonstrates appropriate and respectful behavior
* Works effectively as an individual or in a team/work group
* Complies with safety instructions, observes safe work practices, provides input on safety issues and promotes safe and healthy work environment
