Shelter Logo

Noah Project depends on our volunteers and the support of our community to help make our shelter a haven for homeless and abandoned cats and dogs. If you love animals, consider joining our family and volunteer!

Even though the shelter is only open to the public during office hours, the dogs (and cats!) need to be tended to from morning until night. Volunteers are typically scheduled in shifts... just talk to our volunteer coordinator Emily to schedule shifts that work with your schedule!

Dog volunteers are needed to take our lovable pooches outside, clean their kennels, and feed them. Our goal is to have them happy and healthy so they find their forever homes as soon as possible!

** To work with dogs, volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. We welcome volunteers who need/want community service hours.

About NOAH PROJECT

Location:

5205 AIRLINE RD, MUSKEGON, MI 49444, US

Mission Statement

We are a no-kill nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue of abused, abandoned and unwanted animals. We will not let a healthy adoptable cat or dog accepted at our shelter to be destroyed. Our goal is: NO MORE HOMELESS PETS!

Description

Noah Project is a no-kill, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of abused, abandoned, and unwanted dogs and cats in our community. Each year in Muskegon, adoptable dogs and cats are being euthanized simply because there are not enough homes for them. Our goal is to provide a temporary home for these homeless pets, a shelter that will care for them and prepare them for their adoption with a forever home and family.
