Do you like kids? Do you enjoy having fun outside? Then please come and play with kiddos aged 6-12 at our huge, friendly competition, field day event. Volunteers are needed to paint faces, hand out lunches, keep the grounds tidy, and serve water to hot kids. We also need folks to just come and play sports with kiddos!
Please park west of the football field, right across from 1300 Foster drive. Enter through the open gate. Check in is at 10:30, for a name badge, an event T-shirt and an assignment. Volunteers will be given an event map and then will head over to their area.
Volunteers help from 11:15am to 1:20pm. Lunch is available.

Description
As a Volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club you are an important part of our organization. You will be acting as a mentor, helping our members, and serving as role model for youth in our community. Volunteers must attend an orientation before volunteering with us as well as have a background check completed. Volunteering opportunities include but are not limited to: tutoring and homework help, science and math classes, computers, arts and crafts, dance, music and choir, photography, drama, chess, legos, sewing, scrapbooking, basketball, soccer, coaching, and refereeing.
