ENROLLMENT FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR PONY POWER THERAPIES SUMMER SEMESTER IS NOW OPEN!

Pony Power Therapies is looking for volunteers to assist in therapeutic horse-back riding lessons as lead walkers for our Summer Semester! Lead walkers are responsible for handling the horse during lessons and only those with previous horse experience will be assigned as Lead Walkers. Lessons run Monday through Thursday. Our Summer Semester begins on Monday, June 25th and runs through to August 23rd.

Morning sessions: 8:45 to 10:45AM (except June 25th to 28th: 8:45AM to 12:15PM)
Afternoon sessions: 2:30 to 6:00PM

Volunteer Handbook, application and schedule will be emailed to you and application needs to be returned to our office prior to registering for a volunteer training class.

Pony Power Therapies gives special needs and at-risk children and adults a unique opportunity to ride, care for and interact with horses. Our riding and non-riding activities enhance individuals' physical, social and emotional well-being in a safe, nurturing farm environment.
