Are you a veteran with a desire to volunteer? You have a unique ability to relate to and connect with veterans at the end of life.
Join Kindred Hospice’s Veteran Volunteer program and share in our purpose to spend meaningful time with terminally ill veterans.
Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteers receive comprehensive volunteer orientation, specialized training to prepare for visits, and ongoing support throughout the entire process.
Must be 18+ to provide Veteran-to-Veteran Support. Must pass a background check and TB screening.

Our hospice volunteers have many reasons for giving their time. Some are looking for a fulfilling way to develop and grow personally. Others have been helped by hospice in their families and want to give back. Still others simply want to help improve the lives of members in their community.
Whatever the reason, as a hospice volunteer, you will gain great personal satisfaction from knowing that you have made a difference in another person's life.
