ABOUT WICO
Women In Comedy's WiCo program is seeking production assistants. No experience necessary! We have 10 awesome, diverse, women's comedic shorts being filmed this summer as part of our FREE WiCo Program: www.womenincomedy.org/wico.
ABOUT YOU
If you have an easy going personality, take direction well, and want to laugh and make some new friends while volunteering full days - this is a great opportunity to volunteer. If you've ever wanted to be part of the behind the scenes of an indie film production and learn the ins and outs while helping hold lights/move set pieces, grab food etc, being a PA is a fun experience.
COMMITMENT
The productions begin meetings in June, filming in July, and post production in August. Most productions will have anywhere from 5-10 filming days scattered throughout July that will need help. Hours will vary on filming days - typically anywhere from 4-8 hours of volunteering with a fun group of people on set.

Women In Comedy is a nonprofit 501(c)3 headquartered in the comedy mecca of the United States - Chicago, IL. Our organization runs solely on volunteer efforts and donations. We are an inclusive organization providing free and low-cost resources to womxn across the country. Our motto is "Connect, Empower, Advocate."
