We are looking for Veterans to join our Gentiva Hospice Volunteer Veteran to Veteran Program.This program provides compassion and camaraderie for our Veteran hospice patients.As a Veteran yourself, what a wonderful way to honor a fellow Veteran as they near the end of their journey.We have certificates and pins for you to present as you spend some quality time recalling past experiences.Our patients and families are so honored and appreciative by a visit from a Veteran.We make every effort to assign volunteers close to their home, work or school as we provide service to patients in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Volunteers are given choices of who they visit and where you go. Please consider donating a few hours of your time a month to this wonderful program.

Hospice volunteers provide essential support to our patients and their caregivers. We have several programs available for volunteering, including Administrative, Patient Care, Crafting, Music & Pet Therapy, and Veteran to Veteran. Volunteers make a huge difference in the lives of our patients, families and caregivers, we hope you'll consider giving your time and talents to Kindred.
