Learn the ins and outs of rehabbing a home this summer with Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna!

Habitat Susquehanna is working on a two-home build site this summer in Aberdeen, MD. We need volunteers to help us complete the build by June 30! Dwayne, the site supervisor who oversees the project and volunteers, will train you on different construction tasks including siding, frmamng, hanging drywall, insulation, painting, flooring, installation on cabinets ans appliances, and much more. No experience is necessary - just a desire to help!

Habitat Susquehanna has a mission to eliminate poverty and substandard housing in Harford and Cecil counties. Through our homeownership program, local families are able to receive the financial counseling and support they need to apply for a mortgage and buy a Habitat home. Habitat families work really hard to help build their home and have the opportunity to own their home. And by volunteering on our construction sites, you are able to help them too!

Online registration is required. Please contact Brianne Young, the volunteer coordinator, at byoung@habitatsusq.org for more information or registration instructions.
