Parts of Peace is launching Books 4 Boys, a boys book and social club. The club is being hosted at the Enoch Pratt Library, Patterson Park branch. The club meets every Saturday for 9 weeks, from June 30 to August 25. Sessions begin at 3 pm and conclude at 5 pm.
We are seeking volunteers to commit to 1-2 Saturdays per month and to be able to stay for the entire 2 hour session. This is a great opportunity to connect with local youth and help close the literacy gap in Baltimore.
This opportunity is great for volunteers of all ages and ways of life. Volunteers will be required to attend a volunteer orientation.
