No one knows more about the issues facing a veteran than another veteran!
We at Kindred Hospice take pride in the care we give our veteran patients, and Veteran volunteers play an important role in our Hospice care.
If you are passionate about helping out fellow veterans then please consider joining our Volunteer Family, As a Veteran Volunteer you will provide support to those veterans who are facing a life limiting illness, as well as their families.
If you have
- Served in the Military
- Want to give back to those veterans that served before you
- A desire to volunteer
- Possess Great Communication and listening skills
- Basic understandings of issues facing veterans at end of life
- A minimum of 1-2 Hours a week
