GLAD is looking for volunteers with an outgoing manner and excellent phone and communication skills to provide reception coverage.
Front Desk Volunteers answer phones, greet visitors, accept deliveries, and occasionally perform other administrative tasks. Our front desk volunteers serve as the first point of contact for guests, donors, and community members seeking our help, and help ensure that all callers and guests feel welcome and are assisted in a timely manner.
There are two shifts per day, 9:00AM -1:00PM and 1:00PM - 5:00PM and we are looking for volunteers who can commit to at least one shift per week, for a six month period. Training is provided.
