Chef Demo

Are you good at creating meals out of ingredients you already have in your kitchen? Would you like to share your talent for cooking innovation with EZRA's clients?

If so, we'd love to have you lead a cooking demonstration at EZRA! The Health and Nutrition Program at EZRA is offering cooking demonstrations for clients each month, and we are in need of guest chefs, professional or amateur, to design recipes and teach clients how to make them.

This program fights hunger by providing ideas about how to use the food from our pantry while teaching clients the skills needed to execute the recipes.

We will provide you with a list of what is available in our pantry and reimburse you for any additional ingredients that you need to make the dish. We ask that you plan to make enough food so that everyone can taste your dish.

Many of our clients have limited cooking utensils and heat sources to cook on, so meals that can be cooked on a hot plate or in a microwave are best.

This position requires weekday availability.
