Event Coordinator or Assistant Event Coordinator

Hi,

We are looking for someone to be apart of our team to help with the different events that we have.

We would also like someone that is available to at least to come downtown to volunteer with us at least 2 Thursdays out of the month, if not every Thursday, to serve the homeless and the less fortunate. We would like someone to volunteer with us, so they know firsthand, what we do.

It will be nice to have an experienced event coordinator, but opened to someone that just have the passion to get things done.

We need someone to pretty much run the show on the day of an event and help the Founder to plan the event before hand.

Our biggest event is our Annual Adult Prom Night, which is coming up on June 9th. For that one, we may need a little help before the event and need help during the event. But for this event, we do have one person that will help run the show.

We also have a backpack drive/giveaway and toy drive/giveaway. We also have an annual potluck BBQ that we also need a little help with. And now, we have started a Charity Networking Event, that we may hold monthly, depending on how this month goes. All of these events are minor, except the Annual Adult Prom Night.

We would like someone that is dedicated, self motivated, someone that can work alone, and definitely need someone that is organized.

Our charity is called, Love My Neighbor Foundation and we serve the homeless community of Skidrow every Thursday from 12p-2p. We have done this for a little over 3 years now.
