We are looking for people interested in becoming volunteers with our organization. We serve five counties surrounding the Grand Blanc/Flint areas. You would work with patients and families bringing them companionship and respite so patients have someone to spend 1-4 hours a week with and/or families are able to leave the home for a couple hours to run errands or go to appointments or to just take a much needed break from the demands of care giving. You can give as much or as little time as you have. We consider it an honor to be able to be with these patients and families during these final stages in life.

Description
Reverence Hospice provides care state-wide through the Michigan Health Ministries of Ascension Health-Borgess Health, Genesys Health Systems, St. Johns Providence Health System, St. Joseph Health System, and St. Mary's of Michigan.
Many times the most healing setting for patients to receive their care is in the place they call home (whether that be a private home or a care facility). While remaining at home during an illness can bring great comfort, it can also require professional care and support.
During those times, Reverence Hospice can make a profound difference in your life or the life of someone you love with our innovative and inspired care.
