We are developing service learning courses for project managers that use projects relevant to the global social challenges and to managing for multiple stakeholders as the examples.CrowdDoing Impact Potential Training and Development for Project Management & Systemic Change will collaborate to create a capacity from multiple expertise sources in support of advancing systemic change capacity building for CrowdDoing project managers.

CrowdDoing Impact Potential Training and Development for Project Management & Systemic ChangeWe have the goal to shift how project managers think about managing stakeholder interests through animated courses.Our aim is a portfolio of e-learning service learning course options having a series of free content publicly and paid content at more advanced levels which would still be free to our volunteers. Our goal would be democratizing the skills of managing stakeholder interests rather than stakeholder perceptions management through effective learning-oriented animations. CrowdDoing Training and Development for Impact Oriented Project Management & Systemic Change creates online courses in project management to address the UN SDGs through effective project management of stakeholder interests for systemic change. This includes project managing root cause analysis processes, theories of change, theories of leverage for impact.

We have a series of mini-courses around dependency analysis, agile project management, project management in complex situations, project management and human capital planning, project management and creativity, project management and stakeholder collaboration, project management and coordination, project management and virtual team development, project management and timeline planning, project management and expectations, project management and requirements gathering for impact, project management for social innovation, project management for shared value, project management for Corporate Social Responsibility.

CrowdDoing Volunteer Interviewers help find service learning talent to transform the social enterprise sector! We are looking for motivated individiual who would be really excited to take up this challenging role of Volunteer Interviewer. We are looking for motivated individiual who would be really excited to take up this challenging role. of volunteer human resource coordinator for ASI. The person should fulfill the below criteria-

Minimum 5 hours a week volunteering helping us as a CrowdDoing Impact Potential Training and Development for Project Management & Systemic Change.

* Building automated system for outreach & follow up

* Willingness to recruit volunteers through speaking with them in initial intake

* Comfort sourcing volunteers for a role category

* Enthusiasm to ensure effecive onboarding of service learning volunteers

* Effectively write position description that excite volunteers to join

* Motivating your team through coaching techniques to keep it productive and growing

* Willingness to think about social enterprise needs and translate these needs into role descriptions

* Comfortable to work virtually

* Interested in collaborating with CrowdDoing team to learn from what social enterprises have expressed interest in with regards to volunteer engagements, and designing volunteer roles to match these constraints

* Bachelor’s degree

* Advanced training of some relevant kind

Excellent communication and interviewing skills
