Our business mentors will meet with our clients (all adults with autism) to guide them along on their entrepreneurial journey. Each client will be at a different place in their journey so mentors must be able to coach individuals at varying stages in the process of starting a business. Training on autism will be provided to all business mentors.

Earth to Autism Inc., is a 501 c 3 nonprofit dedicated to assisting adults with autism to find meaningful work in Tampa Bay that benefits the community. Our program offers opportunities for training and mentoring prior to job placement. On the job training is provided to ensure a successful start to the work experience for both employee and employer.
