This is a home that a family built to live in and they have allowed us to open their doors for people to tour their beautiful home prior to them moving into their home. We need volunteers to help us take/sell tickets and to watch the belongings in the home to protect them from mischief or theft as these are the homeowners actual belongings. You get a free tour before or after your shift AND you get to register for the raffle prizes as a way for us to thank you for your help. All of the proceeds benefit Braden's Hope For Childhood Cancer who's mission is to fund targeted research for childhood cancers and give children hope for a future. We fund at Children's Mercy Hospital in connection with KU Cancer Center and have recently made a $3 Million Reasons To Hope promise in addition to the $2.1 million we have funded in the past six years. Your help brings hope to children with cancer and you get to see a beautiful home in the process!

Description
Braden’s Hope For Childhood Cancer was created to raise awareness and fund targeted treatments of childhood cancer in December of 2010. Braden’s Hope has grown very quickly and garnered the support of many gracious individuals and businesses. That support has allowed us to award grants totaling nearly $2.2 million for childhood cancer research grants! Our research efforts are directed toward research to find the activators of childhood cancers and targeted treatments to shut those activators down.
