Hunger & homelessness don't take a summer vacation. St. Francis House is seeking volunteers to prepare and serve meals on Saturdays and Sundays . Whether you are able to serve one weekend or every weekend, we welcome your support.
We have two volunteer shifts each weekend day:
7-9am, preparing and serving breakfast
9am-1:30pm, preparing and serving lunch
You do not need prior cooking experience, as our chef will provide the necessary training. Volunteers must be at least 17 years old, and should be able to stand unassisted for 2 hours at a time.
To get started, complete a volunteer application form on our website at: www.stfrancishouse.org/get-involved/volunteer
