­Hi all!

We are in need of volunteer help for our annual 5K run (more info. here, https://www.wittemuseum.org/witte-museum-dino-dash/) that will be held on Saturday, May 26th.

Please review the information below and let me know if you will be able to volunteer for this. Thank you for your help with this! More details are below:

DAY OF RACE OPPORTUNITY
Where: Witte Museum - Check -in at the Riverside Gate Entrance (Tuleta Street)
*ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BRING A PHOTO ID*

When: Saturday, May 26, 2018

Time/Shifts:

• Volunteer check-in: 6:00am-9:00am (3 volunteers needed)
• Registration/Packet pick-up & T-shirt pick-up: 6:45-8:00am (6 volunteers needed)
• Food Station: 7:00-9:30am (5 volunteers needed)
• Water Station Volunteers: 6:00am-10:00am (11 volunteers)
• Course Marshalls: 7:30am-9:30am (10 volunteers)

Attire: Volunteer shirt will be provided and jeans (no rips/holes or tears)

Parking: Brackenridge Parking Garage

Light refreshments will be provided for you in the morning. If you are interested please reply to this e-mail no later than May 21, 2018. As a thank you to our volunteers we will be offering Free General Admission to the museum and the Member Rate to see our new exhibit Predators vs Prey for $7 per person, good for entry on Saturday, May 26th only.
