We are looking for volunteers to help out during our concerts. This includes selling tickets at the door, setting up/breaking down tables and chairs, selling merchandise, making food, selling food and drinks, or handing out raffle tickets. Concerts are held approximately twice each month from September to May in Portsmouth, Warren, or Newport. Volunteers are put on an email list and have the opportunity to sign up before each show. Also, being a volunteer gives you a chance to hear great folk and world music by talented musicians.
We are also looking for board members with non profit leadership experience. Please contact us if you're interested in learning more!

Description
Common Fence Music is a 501(c)(3) non-profit performing arts organization dedicated to bringing high-caliber folk, roots and world music performances and educational opportunities to Rhode Island's Aquidneck Island and East Bay community. Since its inception in 1993, the organization has presented hundreds of nationally and internationally-acclaimed artists at the Common Fence Point Hall in Portsmouth, RI and the Casino Theatre in Newport, RI.
