We are looking for a photographer to take event photos for our 2020 Business Environmental Awards Ceremony and Reception. We would like 3-5 photos the day after the event for thank you emails and the rest of the photos within two weeks. The shots that we are hoping to have include:
- photos of plaques on the table before ceremony
- candid photos of people talking during both receptions
- semi-posed photos of people during both receptions
- photos showing there is a big crowd
- creative/appetizing photos of food and food signage
- photos of people taking food
- photos of people drinking wine, being served wine, and wine signage
- photos of awardees accepting their awards
- photos of the awards ceremony
- other creative ideas you may have

Acterra is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings people together to create local solutions for a healthy planet. We work with residents, businesses, local governments, students, and organizations to support advocacy and education for climate action. We have been a community based organization since 1970.
Description
Acterra is an environmental non-profit serving the Silicon Valley. We provide people with tangible, hands-on activities they can do to improve the environment. All of our work is solution-oriented. We offer several thousand volunteer opportunities each year for adults and youth. Because people get excited by different things, we offer a broad range of programs, from habitat restoration to carbon reduction and more. As importantly, we teach people how to become effective environmental change agents in their communities, neighborhoods, workplaces and schools.
Currently our programs include: Healthy Plate, Healthy Planet; Karl Knapp GoEV, You(th) Be the Change; Green@Home; HomeGrown Bay Area, and Acterra's Student Ambassadors Program.
