Help increase physician made referrals to the Alzheimer’s Association Cleveland Area Chapter by promoting our services to local healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include:

Pick up monthly packets at nearest Cleveland Area Chapter office

Visit assigned accounts once a month to provide Alzheimer’s Association materials and promote our services

Establish rapport with healthcare staff to foster an on-going relationship

Prepare and submit a monthly progress report following each visit

Description

The Alzheimer’s Association Cleveland Area Chapter provides free support and resources to individuals living with memory loss, and their caregivers. Our service area covers five counties including Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain. We raise funds to provide these services and to advance global research on dementia. The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research.
