ORGANIZATION: Ballad Health Volunteer/Auxiliary Resources

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Become familiar with merchandise and pricing
* Straighten and keep shop organized
* Restock as merchandise as appropriate
* Clean as necessary (i.e. shelves, display case etc)
* Be familiar with hospital layout
* Be courteous and respectful to patrons
* Know emergency procedures
* Must phone Director if unable to work shift - ahead of time if at all possible
* Know opening & closing procedures for the shop (as scheduled)
* Ability to operate cash register
* Work to meet individual blueprint goals

Requirements:
* Be able to commit to one, four hour shift per week
* Uniform and name badge
* Excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate clearly and effectively
* Dependability
* Experience in sales preferred, but not necessary
