We are currently searching for a volunteer who is creative and especially resourceful. MakerSpace is an area in the Children's Museum where kids can build anything they can imagine out of repurposed materials. Every guest should be greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. Safety is our number one priority, so Volunteers must also be alert and attentive. Experience with children preferred.

Description
The Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert offers over 50 hand-on exhibits for children ages 2 years old to 12 years old. We also offer Birthday Parties, Spring, Summer and Winter Camps, Sunny's Kids Club, Facility Rentals, Toddler Drop in Classes, Discovery Artist, Kids on the Move Gymnastics, Ballet Classes and our Special Events that go on all year round.
