(Nonprofit) Ambassador

Our ambassadors work with our board of directors to further the mission, outreach, and initiatives of Celina Nonprofit. Each committee plays a critical role in the work of our organization and committee involvement is integral to our growth and success.
Interested parties may serve on one of the following committees:

• Outreach
• Programming and Events

Committee involvement is a great option for individuals who are out-of-state, cannot commit to full board involvement, or would simply like to help out as-needed. If this sounds like something you’re interested please review the listed expectations and contact us!
Ambassadors are expected to:

• Attend programs when you are available.
• Attend meetings as scheduled---if you are unable to do so we ask that appropriate and proper notification is given. *Alternative attendance options should be discussed with the organization and/or board (ex: phone conferences, video conferences).
• Commit adequate time to the committee on which you serve.

*This may vary depending on the organization’s current activity and needs but the minimum expected commitment is 2 hours/month.

• Contribute to organizational initiatives as required. (Ex: helping set goals and initiatives for improved organizational performance in a given area such as outreach)
• Serve as a representative of Celina Nonprofit and act (professionally) on behalf of the organization.
• Answer all communication as received be it from board members or prospective ambassadors.
• Recruit enthusiastic and qualified individuals to become ambassadors.
