You're invited to join us at Yelm Shoreline protected area for a morning of controlling Scotch broom and Himalayan blackberry!
Over the years, we have worked to remove invasive weeds along this beautiful site near the Nisqually River. Help us continue to keep these aggressive shrubs under control and give native species room to grow!

The Nisqually Land Trust acquires and manages critical lands to permanently benefit the water, wildlife, and people of the Nisqually River Watershed.
Description
The Nisqually Land Trust is a non-profit organization that acquires, maintains, and restores important lands along the Nisqually River to viable habitat for salmon and other wildlife.
It was established in 1989 to protect wildlife habitat threatened by the consequences of rapid population growth. Today it conserves and restores over 5,000 acres throughout the Nisqually River watershed.
