Do you have a nutrition or culinary background? This month, The Idaho Foodbank runs a program called Cooking Matters, which teaches low-income participants to prepare affordable meals that are healthy and delicious. The courses are hands-on and highly interactive, providing clients with everlasting life-skills that can improve their and their family’s health.

Description
The Idaho Foodbank is an independent member of the America's Second Harvest network of affiliated food banks. We serve 39 of 44 counties in Idaho with warehouses in Boise, Pocatello and Lewiston. We collect food from national, regional and local souces and provide it to more than 200 nonprofit agencies.
