Brief Summary

The volunteers will a nswer phone calls, transfer phone calls, greet people when they walk into the facility, sanitize the front desk, organize folders, help walk guests to their destinations and help provide information or forms to individuals who come into our facility about our programs. They also might be asked to complete clerical tasks as needed. One (1) Volunteer Needed Per Friday Date. Volunteer for one or two or as many dates as you are able.

Requirements

The volunteer should be someone who is trustworthy, responsible and can work independently after direction is provided. Volunteer must be 18 yrs. or older. All volunteers MUST be signed up ahead of time. No walk-ups.

Training

Staff member will briefly provide instruction on the desired outcome and needs of the front desk.

Time Commitment

Reoccurring commitment with various times and dates throughout the summer. Please know the dates will not change; and you must have reliable transportation.

Background Check

Criminal background check is needed. A full background check will be needed if volunteering 6 hours or more this summer. Volunteer schedule must be determined in May.

Attire

Business casual office attire.
