JOB SUMMARY: Provides office support relating to general office administration duties,
particularly assistance with routine bill paying, writing of checks, review of bills/invoices,
documentation of bills paid, accurately entering information into check registers, general
support, filing, etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Assures client bills are paid on time.
 Writes checks, document in register, confirm account balances correct.
 Reviews invoices for previous balances, current amount due.
 Contacts creditors when discrepancy needs resolution.
 Tracks and enters time in data base for client service hours.
 Pick up/sort/open mail.
 Engages in open communications with the Program Manager and staff relating to client
issues and/or Program matters.
 Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
 Experience in bill-paying, entering information into a check register.
 Competency with common technology, email, etc.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 Must have legible hand-writing.
 Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple and varied tasks; must be
detail oriented.
 Ability and willingness to work as an agency team member and support the mission, values
and goals of Impact NW.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
 Repetitive motion, prolonged sitting, and extensive visual involvement.
 Standing to file.
