Benevilla is in need of motivated, caring, and creative people to assist the Intergenerational Project Manager in creating and conducting enrichment activities for our preschool children and adult members. The populations served are children ages 1 - 5 years and seniors with early to moderate Alzheimers and dementia.
Duties include assisting with set up and clean up of activities, researching enrichment activities that both populations could engage in and bond over, such as gardening, crafts, creative arts, dancing, singing, etc.
All activities take place at the Benevilla Main Campus. We have openings year-round, Monday - Friday 9am - Noon and/or 2pm - 3 pm.
Please apply for late summer, early fall starts.
Please note there are no minimum monthly hours required.
Requirements include a background check, attendance at orientation, a fingerprint clearance card which we will help you obtain. Volunteers must be 18 or over.
