We are looking for volunteers to help keep our books "talking." Each week patrons of CTBL return audiobook players to be cleaned and serviced by our volunteers. CTBL is committed to providing the highest quality service to every patron, and we need help keeping up with the demand!
The right volunteer for the position is discerning and somewhat meticulous. They see dirt hiding in the tiny crevices around the control switches and buttons. This person understands the importance of providing patrons with spotless and hygienic equipment in "like-new" condition. All supplies and necessary tools, including gloves, are provided by CTBL. The ideal candidate is not sensitive to typical household cleaners.

Our mission is to serve the blind and disabled readers in Colorado by providing books and magazines in large print, audio, or Braille format
Description
A free service to Coloradans of all ages who are unable to read standard print material due to visual, physical or learning disabilities whether permanent or temporary. CTBL provides audio, Braille and large-print books and magazines. We have served readers in Colorado since 1931as a member of the network libraries in the National Library Service for the Blind - Library of Congress. CTBL received the Colorado Association of Libraries (CAL) Library of the Year Award for 2017. CTBL was named the Library of Congress - National Library Service for the Blind and Disabled Library of the Year.
