Evacuteer.org is hosting our Third Annual #NOLA Readiness Ride, a bus stop outreach campaign which takes place on the first day of hurricane season! We're recruiting volunteers to speak with RTA bus riders about hurricane preparedness and City-Assisted Evacuation (CAE), to ensure that our city is prepared for a mandatory evacuation. This year our goal is to reach at least 500 RTA bus riders with important evacuation and preparedness information!
An orientation will be held on Wednesday, May 30th for 6pm at the Evacuteer office in Mid-City. Details will be emailed to all who register to volunteer with us!
