Grace Hospice is a community based non-profit hospice serving the metro Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

Fostering peace and grace, we support the patient and their loved ones. We work as an interdisciplinary team to encircle our patients and offer comfort, honesty, and respect for their decisions. We recognize that every person deserves to live out his or her life with respect and dignity, free of pain, and in an environment that promotes quality of life.

We are currently seeking individuals for companion, pet therapy and vigil or 11th hour volunteers to provide 1:1 companionship to our patients. You may read, share memories, take walks or just be a presence to a patient and their loved ones during this final season. We meet our patients wherever they call home, it may be a skilled nursing, private home or assisted living. We will help equip you to join our patients and families on this journey.

Grace Hospice believes volunteers are an essential part of the hospice journey and bring those special extras to our patients and their loved ones.
