Hi! We have an amazing event coming up and we need your help! Super easy too. We just need you to stand on a designated corner in a sleepy little suburban subdivision in the Greenbriar Neighborhood of Chantilly to guide runners through our 5K course. You just need to point and smile! of course cheering them on wouldn't help either. The race starts at 10, but we would like you to be there around 8:30 for course assignment and instruction. Most runners should be done by 11ish or 11:30. Here's more info on the event: http://hart90.org/Events/PNP/
Also, in addition to the 5K, we have an all day party going on at the Dogfish Head Alehouse in the neighborhood. 10% of all food and drink will go towards our animals. It's very dog friendly too!
So please let us know if you'd like to be a course guide as soon as you can. We want to make sure we have enough doughnuts and snacks!
Also, this is great for those in school or those looking for service hours.
