What we are looking for:
Volunteers who have a heart to serve others
Morning/Day-time availability
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Volunteers provide meaningful experiences for our members from greeting in the rotunda (main lobby), stocking supplies in the Emergency Department, visiting patients in a hospital room, creating packets and hygiene bags, assisting members and families getting to their surgical appointments. We prioritize safety above all else and seek ways to make the experience for the member just a little bit easier.
We are currently looking for adults who can give their time either in the mornings or afternoons. We have many opportunities open for caring volunteers who are compassionate and customer oriented.

Description
Kaiser Westside Medical Center volunteers partner with staff to provide our members with a truly patient/family centered experience. We provide meaningful experiences for committed volunteers. We have been recognized by the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, School to Work program in the Northwest Region for achievements in our department.
We are looking for volunteers to come to our facility located in Oregon to partner in maintaining our high patient satisfaction scores-the highest in Kaiser hospitals. As a newer facility, we provide technology for our patients and are always seeking opportunities to enhance the experience that members need and expect.
Our volunteer team is very committed, dedicated and so appreciated by staff. We welcome you to inquire to see if this is a place you would like to share your time and talents at.
