We have a date of June 30th for our first car wash. It is our plan to have 2 more at other Advance Auto Parts locations in the near future. We will also be hosting a dinner in the park for the homeless later in the summer, and sponsoring a clothing drive. If you can't do the car wash feel free to volunteer for future events. Thank you.

Mission Statement
OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HOT SHOWERS TO HOMELESS PERSONS IN ST PETERSBURG, FL AND ITS VICINITY. WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE CLEAN CLOTHING, TOILETRIES AND JOB REFERRALS, AS WELL AS REFERRALS FOR BUS PASSES, SHELTER, FOOD AND HEALTHCARE. HELP US TO HELP THEM WITH A CHANCE FOR A BETTER LIFE
Description
With the help of volunteers Operation Shower Power was able to donate several bags of toys to People That Love Church, two years in a row. OSP is also happy to continue the directors' 10 year tradition of serving coffee and cookies on Christmas morning. Also to spread awareness of homelessness and get acquainted with the community, a benefit Tea Party was held for low income mothers and daughters who otherwise might never have the opportunity to attend an event like this. Several fundraisers are planned for the future. Volunteers always needed and appreciated.
