POSITION TITLE: Photographer/Videographer
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Videography volunteers will receive immense amounts of experience while supporting the Greenway! Projects could range anywhere from styled shoots to event videography. We appreciate fresh ideas and will give ALL volunteers credit and references for quality work.

PURPOSE: To capture Greenway moments!
LOCATION: Greenway location varies.
TIME COMMITMENT: Flexible with what works best for your schedule.
TRAINING: Initial face-to-face meeting with Community Engagement Coordinator at the Springfield House (2201 Old Nation Road, Fort Mill, SC 29715). To set up a meeting, please reach out to Kaleb at 803.547.1041 or KalebLangmeyer@ASCGreenway.org.
QUALIFICATIONS: We ask that volunteers are comfortable with their photography and/or videography skills. This does NOT mean that you have to be at a professional status, but basic skills are necessary. A background in editing is needed for video creation. It's amazing what you can do with an iPhone!

Description
Leroy Springs & Company has been providing recreational and educational opportunities to the communities surrounding Springs Industries facilities for over 60 years. In 1995, the Anne Springs Close Greenway, a 2,100 acre nature preserve in Fort Mill, South Carolina, was dedicated to the public to serve as a natural buffer from urban development and a place for countless activities - from hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, to picnics, kayaking and more.
The land was donated by the children of Anne Springs Close to honor her lifelong commitment to recreation and the environment. The Greenway is a not-for-profit entity which receives no ongoing tax dollars to build, maintain or operate its programs, trails and facilities. Owned and managed by Leroy Springs & Company, the Greenway is funded in part by memberships, program fees and generous donations from individuals and corporations.
