Boys & Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley is seeking a volunteer special events intern to help with a variety of projects for its fundraising events, which include galas, golf events, bowling tournaments, and more.
The Intern will gain experience in:
- Requesting auction items from businesses through online applications
- Using event management software
- Tracking and preparing auction and raffle items for sale at events
- Soliciting in-kind contributions from local businesses
- Providing donor recognition and stewardship of gifts
- Working at a fundraising event on the day of the event
The Intern may also assist staff with other tasks and projects as needed. Must be available to work on weekday afternoons.
