Becoming an individual volunteer is the most rewarding and impactful experience you can have at our clubs short of becoming a staff member. You can make a lasting impact on a young person’s life through mentoring, coaching, test prep, or just being a strong role model.

You can volunteer with our members, age 6 through 18, at one of our 3 sites during the summer and 5 during the Fall.

  1. Once you express your interest, our volunteer coordinator will send you a Volunteer application to complete and may contact you with additional questions depending on your interest and experience.
  2. Pass a Background Check: For the safety of our youth, all adult volunteers must pass a background check. The consent for this is included in the volunteer application. Background checks cost $30 for community members, and $10 for currently enrolled high school students.
  3. Orientation: New volunteers will be oriented either in person or through an online webinar before their first day.
  4. Make a difference! Spend time impacting your community in a direct and meaningful way (and have a lot of fun too)!
