ORGANIZATION: Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh

Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh -- Downtown & Business is looking for volunteers to help assist with summer programming for children and families! Volunteers help out for 1-2 hours per week by reading, playing, and learning with children and assisting with distribution of summer meals.

Volunteers should be able to commit to one 1-2 hour shift per week during Weekdays - 3:00 PM-4:00 PM.

Volunteers will be required to have or obtain Child Abuse and Criminal Record check clearances. If you do not already have those clearances, the library can help you obtain them. Volunteers must be 16 or older.
